Aradaio

The one in Hell that's in charge of assigning different Deaths, Grim Reapers, Shinigamis, etc.
An incidental devil and the father figure from Hell.

Long ago the world was a simple place. Humans did everything exactly the same, at exactly the same time. Animals followed. No wars were made, no quarrels. But there was no love, either. No friendliness and warmth. It was all robotic.
The elements, granters of life, saw no problem with this. All except for Darkness, which insisted that life was not meant to be this dull. And so, Darkness took away part of its body and spread it across the world, creating creatures that would spread new emotions. Among one of those creatures was Aradaio, whose role was to spread the fear of mortality.
And he did just that. His skin as bright as the flames behind him, with horns sticking out of his head, he became infamous as a bringer of death and misfortune. However, as time passed and years turned into centuries, Aradaio grew displeased with his work. He felt little purpose in it, and there were just too many souls now for him alone to handle. He decided to spread his powers and find new Deaths to spread his work. As for him? He was content with an eternal vacation, watching time pass by.

There is a particular area in Heaven and Hell that works like the government. Those working there are in charge of sending demons to one area, or controlling how many spirits haunt one building, or even who becomes who's guardian angel. Of this, there is also a branch in charge of deploying Reapers, Shinigamis, etc. Aradaio is one of the heads of the entire business, but he mainly focuses on that particular branch. All the Deaths you've seen you can thank Aradaio for.

Notes: I remember seeing this design as soon as Beed uploaded him and I immediately fell in love. My only problem was that I had no idea what I'd do with him if I ever obtained him. But time passed and still no one would give him a loving home. I felt it was only right to put him on the pedestal he deserved.
Then I got an idea. Have you ever seen an OC profile that had them as THE Grim Reaper? Have you seen multiple? Well, what if that was possible because of Aradaio having a group of them? It's kinda like Gustav being there to explain the plotholes with immortal OCs, but this time with Reapers and Demons!

Personality: Aradaio is calm and tranquil; just being around him makes you feel more at ease. Because of how old he is, he oftentimes sees people (human and non-human) as more his children than anything, and will more be a father figure type to them. He offers advice and always has a soft smile on his face. No one has ever seen him angry, just disappointed. 

Non-Human Abilities:

- Shadows - There are times when people notice Aradaio wearing a black, silk cloth over his eyes. When he does this, he is looking through the shadows. Whatever is touched by the shadows, he can see. He usually does this whenever meditating or monitoring.

- Immortality - Self-explanatory; doesn't regenerate, however.

- Scythe - A weapon created by solidified shadows. Aradaio tends to keep it in the form of a katana, although he can alter its form. He has the ability to manipulate the shadows through this weapon. 

- Shadow Forest - The most common method of shadow manipulation through Scythe. Aradaio will let the shadows consume his weapon, after which several, larger versions of his Scythe will sprout from the darkness like a twisted forest, caging in the challenger. Depending on the opponent's abilities, there are chances of escape.

Drawing Details: Just keep his red skin and facial features the same and everything should be good! Tends to wear yukatas and has his katana besides him at all times.
