Physical Appearance

• Blonde hair that trails to hips

Clothing Style

Marcie tends to dress practically without any unnecessary accessories or flashy designs. She tends to prefer somewhat 90s styled clothing, and her favorite types are denim skirts or overall dresses along with vests or cardigans. She also wears various button up shirts or polos with skirts, khakis, or kapris, and she always dresses modestly. She prefers cooler colors like blues and greens and doesn't care much for flashy graphics or anything too eye-catching.

Her most common outfit is a blue short-sleeved shirt and a green sleeveless cardigan. She also wears a blue skirt with a green outer layer that ends just above her knees, along with shin-high brown leather boots. She also has a very odd habit of injuring her right knee somehow, almost never her left, and she just wears a light knee-pad under some bandages as a precaution. Her wire framed glasses are a very dark blue color.

Personality

Marcie is an intellectual and bookish young lady with a mischievous side. She takes her studies seriously and is a bit of a know-it-all and a perfectionist at times. She's known to be responsible and reliable since she approaches her problems and tasks in a logical, organized, and efficient manner. She can sometimes come off as a nag sometimes since she usually puts her work before fun, and she especially seems to nag at her twin brother. However, she also tends to support him whenever she can and can join him in his mischief while more often than not also getting them both out of whatever trouble follows with her wits. Marcie in general tends to be well mannered and doesn't take too many risks, and she does come off as a teacher's pet and isn't that adventurous without a big push. She tends to overthink situations sometimes and that can frequently prevent her from acting, although her twin tends to force her to think faster since he usually acts without thinking.

Probably Marcie's biggest fault may be how reclusive she can be. She doesn't like to go out of her way to meet new people and prefers to stay within her little group of friends. Although she's usually relatively polite to others, she can also come off as a bit blunt and uncaring since she doesn't invest much in people she doesn't already like and she prefers to be honest and to the point rather than more gently nice. She can be rather stubborn about staying in her comfort zone, and she also can be a bit sensitive when she's put in a situation she's unfamiliar with. Marcie values the pursuit of knowledge, and since she's so used to always knowing things, she gets very uneasy when thrust into situations where she doesn't have the answers. This only motivates her more to improve herself, and she is always passionate about whatever goal she sets out for herself. In particular, she'll do whatever is needed to support her family and help them with their goals as well, and her loyalty to them is unquestionable.

Backstory

Marcie and her twin brother, Mark, grew up with their single mother after their father left her long before they were born. They were never very social or polite to other kids their age since they mostly clung to each other, and they were often picked on by older kids. Their mother decided they might benefit from another member in the family to socialize them better, so they agreed on adopting an older sibling for them. Marcie and her brother grew fond of an older boy, reluctantly named Luke, while visiting a city orphanage, and their family ended up adopting him. They befriended him quickly, and they gradually warmed up to interacting with other kids as the years passed. Marcie excelled in her studies and often covered for Mark when he shirked his work. 

When Marcie was 14, Luke was threaten by a foreign terror group called the Enlightened, and she unexpectedly gets caught up in the trials of his destiny when they are whisked away to the foreign world of Doobutsu Tenshi. Marcie has since been blessed by a mouse spirit and also gifted with Psi rifting by the Psi Channeler, Karia. Marcie has been honing her rifting skills so she can better help her brother fight against whatever the Enlightened throws their way.
