Shine

A cunning but good-natured prankster. You might get the impression that Shine knows more than he lets on, but he's well-intentioned enough and seems to genuinely care about others, humans and lepis alike. He's extremely outgoing and loves meeting new people. He likes collecting cute things. 

Regardless of how competent hey may or may not be, he's flippant and irreverent to the point that the job rarely gets done. He has a habit of getting sidetracked from the original point and ending up granting completely tangential wishes - but as long as everyone's happy at the end of the day there's no problem, right!! 

I haven't decided on the master situation, but he usually collaborates on wish-granting with Sadie.
