Lexxeck Boveri

How she became my fursona:
Lexxeck Boveri is my fursona. I adopted her design through DeviantArt, not intending to have a set fursona at all. I'm notorious on Second Life for collecting basic furry avatars and modding them to suit my needs at that specific moment. I'd say my collection spans well over 20 different avatars, with the mods doubling that number. However, I do have an affinity for canids.

My favorite palettes are those with yellowish, tan colors with white - similar to one of my favorite foods, banana pudding. Blue is technically my favorite color. So as you can see, Lexxeck's colors really fit the bill.

Not only that, but her big, fluffy ears and curled, fluffy tail also caught my eye. I'm a real sucker for bobtails and curled tails. So her physical design really caught my eye.

I'd say based on her physical traits that her breed is a Papillon mixed with some Fennec Fox, which both are a couple of my favorite canids. I've loved them both for a long time but I wouldn't choose to have a Papillon, as their fur is long and would take a lot of management, nor would I own a Fennec Fox, as it is a wild animal. So to have a fursona based on the two is the next best thing.

Personality:
Lexxeck is as shy as her owner.
Parties? Not really my thing. I'd rather hang out at a calm park with a couple of friends. The best place to be, if you ask me, is slumped over in a couch watching Animal Planet (or cartoons!). Some say cartoons are for kids, but Regular Show and Courage the Cowardly Dog are the bomb! I'll take 90s cartoons over cheap Netflix movies any day. Speaking of shy though, I prefer to have others speak to me first. After that, I try to be as friendly as I can!

She's a chatterbox once comfortable.
It's true, just ask my SO. I'll talk his ear off any time he lets me, whether in person or on the phone. And I can just about talk about anything, but what I really love to talk about is the hot topic of the moment, especially if it's controversial. Devil's advocate is my favorite role to play, because I can't get enough of debates and knowledge. What better way to learn the other side? Oh, and I can't forget mental illnesses. I research those for hours on end, so I have a plethora of knowledge to share with anyone who will listen.

She could listen for hours on end.
Yes! Absolutely! I love listening, no matter what the topic is. There's no better way to learn and grow as a being. But I also love helping others, and in order to do that, it's best to know their situation. So I listen if they wish to talk. That goes for anyone out there, whether I know you or not. I'll always be here to listen if you need a kind ear.
