Fumiko

You might wonder how she came to be. The sad truth is that she had lived throughout her life in complete solitude. Nobody was to guide her but the strict laws of nature. Despite her amiable personality, she has faced a rough childhood resulting from the eternal loneliness she has been forced to suffer.                                                                                                                                               Her species is distributed throughout the worlds to maintain balance on them. The cruel yet natural fate of the Pin Panea is to guard that world's everlasting beauty, and protect anything that threatens it's security though the elemental powers that bind them. In other words, Fumiko has never had contact with another Pin Panea... but... maybe in the future, she will meet many other species.

One of her most poignant childhood experiences roots from her epiphany of the sorrows in the world. Solitude, betrayal, exclusion, theft, and death. Many fantasize about the extremities of immortality, however she has faced the harsh reality of what her burden entails. Relationships, and happiness are all vulnerable to the ruthless power of time that erases everything in existence inevitably. She came upon this truth by witnessing the death of of the lifeforms that she was forced to protect.

The worst part is... she learned that she was responsible for it.

With power comes responsibility. Which came to be of the most valuable lessons she learnt. She controlled the weather through her emotions, and when those emotions went astray... havoc wreaked upon the area from which she resided. Thunderstorms, hurricanes, lightning, drought, tornadoes, feasted upon the lands whenever she felt negative emotions. After a couple of years, she became emotionally incapable. She pledged to herself to not feel emotion for the well being of those around her. Although the lands were not blessed by her positive emotion, they were not ravaged by the devastating outcome of her power. Once she reached her 16th year of life, one of the most valuable realizations that any creature could experience unfolded right before her eyes.

Spring came. The world was reborn. The birth of a fawn was what she experienced once she woke from her slumber. Awakened by slight cries of the doe, she carefully watched as life came to existence. She was astonished not only by the beauty of a creature's entrance to the world of existence, but the immediate unconditional love that the female doe held for their offspring. Her naive mindset could not fathom the idea that a creature could unconditionally care for something without intentions for their own survival. She was proved wrong as she continually observed the mother, and child for the rest of their lives.

Over, and over.

Every spring she continually experienced the rebirth of creatures, and species into this world. The budding of flowers, the regrowth of grass, and the new additions to nature allowed her to gradually understand what life truly entailed. And so, she flourished with colors that illuminated the entire world.

Wisdom finally bestowed itself upon her.
