Rosary (from Latin rosarium, meaning "Crown of Roses") is a original species of kemonomimi with a simple geometric rose design on their animal ears and tails. 

They don't have specific animal ears or specific animal tails. They vary in gender and their ears and tails vary in size also.

The rose design may appear inside or outside of their ears~

They would also have other rose features and/or rose themed clothing/ fashion but not excluded to it~

BACKSTORY
Let me just say that this story took a while to come up with. A rose is just such a symbolic thing that can bare so much meaning. I just can't come up with a way to incorporate all those aspects into one story. So in the end, I decided to go with a simple, fable like story that may seem a little bit cliche... but it's what I want to go for. Inspired by Le Petit Prince... because that french class was a fleeting dream for me. So bittersweet to the very end.

A rose is such a fascinating thing by itself. It can vary from pure white to seductive red. The petals sure look soft, but it certainly does bare thorns. Complicated as they may be, one thing is for certain: one can never disagree with it's beauty. Lured by it's simple elegance, we were all captivated by it's spell. From Shakespeare to fairytales, a rose has always been depicted as such a lovely, beautiful thing. We associated this flower with feelings; we have given it a meaning that, really, does not exist.

Rosarys are meant to be gorgeous. Each of their beauty are matched by the roses next to them. They may appear well, but they are empty. They may be admired, but they are not loved. Among a field of roses equal in beauty, their existence is truly meaningless.

But... how come that isn't so?

An ordinary person may think your rose looks the same as any other rose. But to you alone, your rose is worth more than the field of roses combined. Since shes the one you spend time with, she is the one you took care of, she is the one you got to know so well. It's all the time you've wasted with her that makes her so much more special.

Rosarys are are beautiful but empty species. They are born without any set meaning and they will die without any set meaning. They are simply looking for someone, during that time, (whether it's the same species or not) to give them meaning... or rather, to think of them as someone that has meaning.

ROSARY CHARACTERISTICS
▶ Rosarys are born into a field of roses
▶ They are generally aware of their outer appearance and knows how to use it to their advantage (with a few rare cases)
▶ They usually have flawed personalities that must learned to be accepted.
▶ They each possess a rose. If the rose gets damaged or dies, they will too.
▶ They are rarely rejected by people, but when they are, they usually strive for the one they can not get.
▶ They feel insecure when they don't receive admiration.
