Blitz and Muse are Spirus’ kind but intimidating parents. They own a self-cook restaurant called, The Corner Grill.

Blitz is originally from a small village and the only village with majority humans to Detorans. Blitz’s family came from a shaman line but were outnumbered in votes for a human mayor. Word of the almost destroyed Palmetto Cape caught wind and a lot of Detoran came to help re-build. Blitz took interest in construction work and left Misty Pastures. Blitz only met Muse when Muse was investigating in the abuse of Detoran workers when compared to pack mules for a journalism college paper. Blitz tried to put on a lot of blunt and headstrong nature but that only made Muse dislike them. Muse confronted them a couple of weeks later after the paper was released and labor laws were under fire by the Japanese and American construction managers not paying them enough and giving terrible living conditions. It was during that time Blitz took a temporary job at a small grocery store suggested by Muse. Blitz knew they were in his life for a reason and pursued to court them. After many years together and saving money up from their job at the grocery store he proposed to Muse and they both left their jobs to start a life together.

Muse is from the coastal area called, Palmetto Cape. The village previously there was wiped out by a powerful hurricane. Most came back to the village making more accommodations to help with such strong storms. Muse’s family moved from the area to a more wooded area Muse moved to Pinesborough with family and lived there occasionally returning to the cape for celebratory reasons. Muse attended a small college and took up journalism. For the college paper they did an investigation on the mistreatment of voluntary and working Detoran in Misty Pastures a growing industrial area. Muse met Blitz but wasn’t swayed by the blunt and almost rude ways. Blitz apologizing did gain Muse to talk to them again and help them find a job when the company went under investigation.

Muse kept a mutual friendship at first though it was obvious how Blitz felt and eventually Muse themself. They both agreed to date and Muse taught Muse Japanese as it was the people that were in their location of villages and towns. Blitz and Muse finally became mates and bought a human Tudor house and turned into a mixed-use house and restaurant.

 Muse went through stress when trying for a child. At first Muse didn't think much of not able to get a baby for a month but soon it turned to months then a year. It was announced publicly that a famine later titled Detoran Famine was effecting to-be parents. Eyes turned to humans for blame as a recent treaty in sharing farm land had led to think prejudice humans had poisoned the crops leading to miscarriage. Muse became afraid to eat as well as starving when they found they were pregnant. Blitz was Muse's rock the whole time going out of his way buy food in Mt.Hibernis though they were on high alert themselves. Blitz encouraged healthy eating as Muse grew weak as they only took small bites from most products. When Spirus was born it was announced many children had passed on due to it. The ones that survived were small and weak. It created a little divide in the town due to jealousy but was given a week celebration to commemorate the lost ones and the ones that were born and were weak.It was also a week to cry and pray using Sanctuary for protection of their crops,family's and town.

Spirus had a hard time taking the Cosmos Tree fruit and that alone upset Muse and made them cry.Others took to it and faster but Spirus' body rejected it more and when he finally decided after two weeks of being malnourished he showed very little strength in magic. Blitz made sure to hold close to his family, they needed him and he needed them. Watching their only child grow filled them with joy but upset them as well, they planned for another but Muse's body had a toll from the Famine. Blitz offered but Muse declined and so Spirus became the love of their life and primary reason to overprotect.

Their child had a hard time in school so Spirus gave them a hair bangle for good luck.When Spirus went to school he was bullied,but their child smiled insisting not to take them out in exchange for homeschool. There were times though Spirus would act suspicious and avoid school, but Blitz always found a way to encourage them. They were happy to learn Spirus met a friend, it kept him happy and made them happy too. Spirus grew up cooking thanks to Muse and Blitz.He worked as a waiter/tress in their restaurant.

He lost half of his horn due to human bullying. Spirus' reconnection with Umbris did give relief to them as Umbris kept in contact with them.But they were leery as the city was the main area of human life. Umbrs reassured he'd protect and care for Spirus, which he proved. As time has gone on they have seen Umbris and Spirus visit and sheltered Umbris during a night he had a fight with his parents. They love him and when they heard Umbris wanting make Spirus become one with him and have a family they happily felt relief that their small child had grown.
