Profile

Name: Hamlet
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Personality: Cheerful and outgoing! But easily flutered by those of the opposite gender.
Occupation: Convenience store employee (owned by his family) by day. At night? Some oddly costumed vigilante.

TLDR Bio:
Originally his nightly escapades began simply by donning his uncle's motorcycle helmet and scoping out the store afterhours to catch shoplifters that had been stealing from his parent's shop. But he found he liked the thrill of catching bad guys and continued doing so, eventually wearing his odd bodysuit + helmet combo.

Lengthy Bio:
Hamlet is the son of two convenience store employees running their family owned bussiness, as such the lad spent most of his time helping stock shelves and working hard to keep his parent's small mom-and-pop bussiness afloat. He lived a fairly comfortable life, occasionally pinching pennies when sales weren't going as well as expected but otherwise there was little conflict in the city they called home with it's low crime-rate.
However, after a number of thefts and burglaries the family's bussiness was beginning to suffer and although the criminals had been caught on security cameras, the local authorities did little resolve the issue and thus those responsible were left to roam freely, and the thefts continued.
Frustrated, Hamlet decided to resolve the issue himself. After several months of taking whatever classes he could on self defense he prepared himself to deal with the delinquents who continued raiding the store overnight.
Donning a motorcycle helmet he'd found in the garage, Hamlet planned a stake out and hid in the alleyway beside his family's store. Once the culprits arrived to make off with whatever they could get their hands on Hamlet popped up out of nowhere taking them by surprise and gave them as good a beating he could manage and left them to be discovered by the authorites.
The lad had taken a liking to personally dishing out his own bit of justice and kept at it, though sticking mostly to small-time criminals such as purse snatchers and petty thugs.
Perhaps having been inspired by supeheroes or too many comics he even came up with his own outfit. Most scoffed at his oddly lit helmet and gaudy costume, but by the end of the night their noses were bloodied and heads a bit too out of sorts to continue their laughing at him and many with warants on their heads were dragged off to juvie or dealt with by the authorities.
He'd become somewhat of a local legend, perhaps nothing that'd show up on the news but mention of an oddly costumed vigilante popped up in online articles and blogs.
Realizing that he was gaining some unwanted attention, Hamlet now treads cautiously trying to balance his normal life during the day with his nightly escapades. So far no one's really caught on and he does all he can to keep his identity a secret for both his own saftey and the saftey of his family. Hamlet insists to keep his identity hidden. As such he wears a mask, his helmet or sunglasses at all times. No one really knows what his face looks like and he intends to keep it that way and he'll pitch a fit or become terribly flustered if anyone even considers removing his mask from his face.

Companion characters:

Sparky
 - Childhood best friend who developed electricity-based mutant powers in his teenage years. Hamlet's a little envious of his supernatural abilities, but doesnt let that get in the way of their friendship.

Claude - Highschool bully and rival, Claude always gave Hamlet a hard time over everything. However that all came to an end. After having practiced self defense for months in secret, for his vigilante activities, Hamlet humiliated Claude in a wrestling match in from of the entire school.
Not only that, but Claude was one of the burglars that broke into the convenience store, and Hamlet put the ski-mask-wearing teen down using the same move from their wrestling match.
Claude connected the dots, and when he too developed mutant-based superpowers, he's become somewhat of a villain, out to make Hamlet's life miserable both in and outside of their costumed disguises.
He is the only one who knows of Hamlet's real identity besides Sparky.
