Okay, basically what you do is, you go to the character you want to transfer, and under Favorites, there should be a link called Ownership. It'll take you to a page here you can do multiple things: change permissions, designer and creators rights, as well as transferring the character to another user. That should be at the top: just enter the username for the person you're transferring to (in this case, PrinceSawyer) and hit transfer. When I do it for you, it'll show up as a Character Transfer request. All you'll have to do is click Accept.
