Yeee I have a toon based OC :'D But she's not really a toon! Just an ink demon with shapeshifting abilities and it loves those old timey cartoons so it chooses to appear like she came out of one, haha.

i think monochrome technically means any single color, not just black/grey/white specifically, but i think rider fits what youre asking for!
Levi has a monochrome palette! He was created to be the embodiment of Black Friday, so he has a very sleek look!

If so, here are my black/white/gray characters :
Argyros. She has blue eyes and her body is a blueish gray, but she's still black, white and gray.
Juo. He's fully black, even the eyes.
Kodoku. He has blue eyes, but beside this, he's fully gray.
My fursona is fully black as well, except for the eyes.
Demi here and my android 11 are both monochrome entirely. I have quite a few ocs though with limited or single color palletes.
