the first outfit that came to mind is a loose toga-like white dress that covers her torso and leaves most of her arms and legs uncovered (no shoes, and maybe a horizontal headband?)
I know it's a long title but I have reasoning. I made a series of eyes that I made into characters, and right now I'm working on the ice character.
I don't have a name for her but I'll look up something. For now I need to get an outfit on this girlie!
Personality:
"Ice Queen" is manipulative and and sadistic. She may have a depressed demeanor but please do not let that fool you. Her icy hues are filled with flames and they burn. She is quiet and intimidating when you get on her rough side. She has had a tendency to freeze people to death over a slow period of time all because of small things. She is basically the red queen beheading everyone who makes their first and last mistake.
Likes:
She loves anything that dangles, fluffy clothing and fur coats. The color white and soft snowy days. She prefers to be alone and loves to hear the soft wind on her barren lands. (I've already figured out jewelry wise things.)
Dislikes:
"Ice Queen" dislikes crowds and loud noises. She hates even the slightest of warm temperatures. She rules her kingdom by fear and anyone too happy is deadly to her.
Bodily Appearance:
A slim Russian lady with a pale white skin. Her nose, the tip of her ears, and the tips of her toes and fingers are frost bitten with blue and purple hues. Her lips are freezing a bare a shade of deep Indigo. Her eyes are the lightest shade of blue with icicles dangling off of them. Her hair has an extremely wavy bob cut with straight cut bangs and are white. She has elven ears and a soft round face. She has the smallest bit of muscle but nothing that could over power someone by itself.
