Sol never takes the tooth he wears around his neck off. Not just because it super cools him, but he also wears it non stop in memory of the love of his life that he lost. He doesn't actually know if he'll find someone like him out there, but he tends to not think about that. There's always a sliver of hope in him that maybe, just one day, he'll find someone who is looking for someone like him too.
Headcanon: Aethea doesn't just like fire, she gets mesmerized by it, similar to what happens to her in her hyperfocus, she can sometimes end up staring at something until it burns out completely, and when she's not looking at the flame she doesn't completely understand why she is so drawn to it. Maybe, she theorizes based on vague leftover feelings, she sees what happened during her creation, maybe in the glow of the fire she sees memories of the past, of her old home, maybe it's something completely different. Regardless she's fascinated by it, and can never stay away.

I love that headcanon, that's accepted as canon
Thorn absolutely loves his garden more than anyone could ever know. He especially loves when the butterflies land on him since it makes him feel all warm inside. He cries profusely when he touches a butterflies wings though. He once let a caterpillar go through its metamorphosis phase on the inside of the dragon skull he wears and a week later, he had a new butterfly friend.
Motherbeast I feel as though Raph would be very self-conscious about his height, despite being quite average in this category. Whenever someone comments on his height, whether joking, praising, or teasing, he would get very flustered and defensive.
There's a memento of his daughter's, a toy, doll, blanket, etc -- that he's held onto. Generally he's in too much emotional pain to acknowledge that he even keeps it, but when he's riding out a high he naturally clings to it. For that bit of time, it's almost enough to bear the pain.

Thats probably somewhat true. Not completely, but just a little bit. She isn't exactly ashamed of her old job (and sorta current) as an Escort, but she still does it anyways since it's the only thing shes good at for money, and Abaddon (her husband) is actually ok with it, as long as its just for money to support their family.
