You Wake Up In The Above OC's Body! [IC Reaction]

Posted 7 years, 4 months ago (Edited 5 years, 7 months ago) by bulgariansumo

A game whre your OC reacts to suddenly having the above OC's body. Example

Chara A: *is a butterfly*

Chara B: *is originally a human, but now has Chara A's body* "Neat, I have wings! I'm going to fly away now!

Chara C: *is a wizard, but now has Chara B's original body* "What is this odd creature? And why can't they do magic??"

I will start off by sacrificing my son Leon.

Rule 1: I'm starting to see the same people replying back and forth, so please wait at least two posts after your own to post again. Have fun, everybody!

Rule 2: Each post has to be at least 3 completely filled lines of text, or the equivalent of that!

Rule 3: Don't be rude about the appearance of the previous character, even if your character is the vain sort.

Rule 4: This is a public thread, so keep it PG-13. Please keep sex/excessive violence/etc. down to a minimum. Rule of thumb, if the previous character does not have any mentions of that in their bio, don't inflict it upon them. If you must include that content, censor it like so.

You can reply regardless of rule 1 if it has been 24 hours since the last post.

Mia Wattson bulgariansumo

"WHAT happened to my hand????"

A glitchy, pixelated mess replaces where her right hand used to be. Was this a side effect of some experiement? Surely the jetpacks she helped work on yesterday didn't cause this, did they? Also, she doesn't know where she is. This is a problem. A big problem. She nervously makes her way out of the bed, making sure not to touch anything with the glitched-out hand. She looks at it once more, and is overcome by a sharp burst of anger.

"This is Leon's fault, isn't it?" Her voice was low, much lower than usual, and seething with rage. She knew it was irrational to think that Leon could've caused this, after all, he's just some rookie from Earth. But she just felt...so angry, for some reason. Mia manages to reach a mirror.

"Who.....That's not---!!" Mia was expecting to see herself in the mirror, as most people do. This time, she did not see herself. It's a thing that she never quite considered could change, but she also never considered her hand would be replaced by black pixels, so she figured anything could happen right about now. This didn't calm her down any.

"What the heck what the heck what the heck what the heck-- This isn't me! This isn't me at all! This person's too stylish to be me!!! Who....who am I?"

Mia almost touched her hand with the pixelated hand, but she realized it at the last second and shrieked.  She looks at the hand again. How is she going to read a book with one hand? Are there even books where she's at? Where is she at?? Mia feels like she's had too many surprises today. She wants to lay back down. She'd give anything to wake up back in the ship, even her actual right hand at this point. Someone knocks at the door asking for Amy. It's then that Mia realizes that she might be inhabiting someone else's body, which means....Someone's probably in her body. Mia shudders to think what they could be doing with it...

Lucille Niama varkarrus

Lucille was having the time of her life. It was about a week ago she found herself in a human body on a spaceship, and honestly she couldn't be more thrilled! Despite how often she was told she'd never live without her curse, somehow it stayed behind in her old body when she woke up in this one. Not only that, but she was jaw-droppingly beautiful. Tres magnificient.

It took her a while, but she started to fit in aboard the ship. She learned the ropes of navigating the vessel, and all of the orders she has to follow, and she didn't seem to attract much attention. "Was I like the person who was in this body before?" she thought. "Well, whoever was here before me missed a great chance," she smirked. She was, at present, lying in bed with her arm wrapped around Roxie. Mon cheri. She'd accomplished her first goal she set for herself quite early on.

Lucille thought it may eventually be time to find a way to return to her body, but she wasn't planning on it any time soon. But, eventually, news came to her, and she wasn't sure how to respond. "Leon jumped," Roxie told her, tears in her eyes, "Launched himself out the airlock this morning."

Lucille gasped. A real reaction, but she played it up from there. She's met Leon, and he was a bit of a weirdo, gruff and suspicious of everyone, especially her. "He wasn't always like this," she'd heard, "Something involving his brother."

Right. His brother. The new captain. "He wants to see you, by the way," Roxie had told her just now.

It was about time Lucille met the captain of this ship. Swivelling around in his big chair, a young boy with an eyepatch dismissed the guards, then said "Lucille, we need to talk."

((TBH the fact that I did this with three of your characters is a complete coincidence!))

Teeth Monster reinapepiada

So... Having a detacheable head? That's something Teeth is used to. Thing is, she can't detach anything else now. It's weird when she wakes up and stretches and feels that she has real joints instead of her jaws. And there's this odd feeling in her neck, she can't really tell what it is immediately.

After catching her head and putting it on her neck, she blinks and realizes her eyes are on a slightly different place. That's when she looks at her hands and her skin and realizes that... Hey, this may not be her body. Okay, she was a little slow to realize it, yeah. She genuinely doesn't care about her state of being most of the time, so she isn't that bothered by sudden changes. She just dislikes pain, because to feel pain means she's heavily wounded and man has she gone through very bad times whenever wounded.

She's even dressed! That's new. Eh, she's never had any complaints about her appearance. If anything, this may make her more likeable. Is that good? Maybe not, she doesn't want to attract people, but she doesn't look human and doesn't seem one either, and there's this feeling... All her life, Teeth has been a hellish abomination, not a fairy. There's a lot of natural sensations that she usually has and now lacks. They've been replaced, but she wouldn't be able to tell what she is now, at least not from her perspective.

It's only after a while that she has her head on that she starts to experience a different kind of pain. Something boiling up between her neck and her head. She takes it off immediately, but it still doesn't go away. Something on her back feels like it's holding her back, somehow. She tries to scratch it up, thinking it's probably the clothing because, again, she's not used to wearing clothes, and in an instant she feels a release around her, in a good radius, that feels dark, like pestilence. Like hell.

Now that's... A pretty good move for personal space, huh? She definitely can get used to this.

Aiden Kelly bulgariansumo

"Woah, what the---What the fuuuuuuu---?"

The last thing Aiden expected to wake up to is this...he doesn't even know what to call this body! A mess cobbled together by jaws? He could feel mouths above his eyes. And to top it all off, he found himself in a frilly pink dress, his blond locks in a curly mop. Aiden has never had a trip this interesting.

"This is what I get for trusting the government. Pumped me full of weird space drugs."

He laughs to himself thinking about how the others are probably handling this. At least he's somewhat experienced with this kind of thing. Those squares won't stand a chance.

He moseys about until he stumbles upon a man lying on the ground. Maybe he knows his way around this hallucination-world. Aiden decides to ask him a question.

"Yo, do you know where the nearest city is? I ain't in the mood for munchin' on berries and twigs, if you catch my drift."

"Are you...D-Death?" the man replied in a weak, hoarse voice.

"I just wanna get some tacos!" Aiden was getting annoyed. This old geezer was wasting his time. Aiden wonders why he's talking to a hallucination in the first place. He also wonders how he was even able to figure out he was hallucinating. He shrugs it off.

"Could you... do me a f-favor?"

And just like that, Aiden walked away from the man, figuring he could find the nearest taco stand on his own. These space drugs were making his...eyes?....Mouths? These space drugs were making him hungry and he needed something to eat!

(pajuxi Thank you for loving Aiden and his luscious locks.)

Yuri✦ pajuxi

"Whoa whoa whoa-"  Alyosha thought to himself in shock, staring down at calloused and roughened hand's that definitely weren't his. "How'd this happen??" Alyosha couldn't understand it, but then again he didn't know there was such things as vampires either, and look at him now.

Accepting his fate with surprising ease, Alyosha now studied the significantly taller body he was now in, testing out the voice, it was surprisingly smooth and Alyosha was amused at him and this stranger's body having that in common. Alyosha reached up to feel his face, even more amused by having a beard, and outright laughing when he smoothed across the pompadaur of hair on his head. "Buwahaha!! what the fuck?" Alyosha wheezed with laughter, wishing he had a mirror to actually see himself in. Moving on and trying to surpress more small giggles, Alyosha was actually impressed by how muscled this body was, flexing in dramatic and silly poses, clearly having a good time with all of this. He never really had a need for muscles as his old self, afterall a little bit of leverage goes a long way, whether it be psychological or in the form of a well-timed choke hold. But it was certainly fun to do push-ups, run around and karate chop while yelling "HI-YA!" dramatically in this new body, Alyosha growing bored of that before he actually ran out of stamina, which was surprising. After all the excitement had worn off the overall feeling Alyosha was left with was feeling too hairy. Everything just vaguely itched from his scruffy beard to his blond armhairs and bushy eyebrows. He was always clean-shaven, it was part of his look and the image his band was going for. "I'm gonna keep up my shavin routine if i ever get back into my old body...." He mused thoughtfully while scratching at his crotch.

(ooc ps: I love Aiden and his luscious golden locks LAUGHS)

 Roswell arty

(ooc: Just for the record, I think Alyosha is a handsome little fellow :D )

When Roswell woke up, he saw nothing but the ceiling. He couldn’t tell what felt wrong about this at first, just had a weird impression that something was missing. He kept staring at the ceiling for a while longer, until it suddenly dawned on him. His cannon was gone. It was such a trivial sight that he didn’t consciously notice it being there, indeed though did he notice the sudden lack of it.

'What.'

How was that possible? He waved his hand in front of his face, but there was simply nothing. As he did this, he noticed another thing – a distinct paleness of his skin. His tan was also gone. His gaze darted along his raised arm. It was … so smooth. That had to mean … He sat up immediately and looked down on his body, which was no longer the body of the man he used to be, but what he would describe as a boy at best.

"…oh hell no," he muttered. This was so bad. His perfect body, simply replaced by something wimpy.

He jumped out of his bed and almost fell down, reeling as his head was suddenly a lot lighter than it used to be. His boxer shorts – now too big – slid down to his ankles. He just stepped out of them and with unsteady steps, stumbled towards his bathroom.

Moments later he stood in front of his mirror and looked at the unfamiliar reflection. An emotionless human face stared back at him – the completely blank expression of someone who had never in his life possessed face muscles and no idea how to use them now that he suddenly did. Unfortunately the mirror just confirmed what he had seen. Roswell touched his brand new face, pulled on the short black hair that framed it.

His hand lingered for a moment before he covered his face with it, feeling a dizziness rise. Before he knew it, he sank to the floor with a drawn out sound coming from his mouth that wasn't unlike the noise of a dying animal.

(ooc: Oh god this is getting too long so I'm gonna stop here. Poor guy is now a broken man lmao)

 Mal Oakford BlankStorefront

Mal crashed to the floor immediately from a loss of balance at the sudden weight of his head. Weirdly though, the head-first crash didn't hurt. It also seemed... metallic? He sat up slowly, struggling to keep balance. It was then that he took notice of a very long potrusion in front of his face. He was offically growing anxious, feeling frantically at his face. His heart sank. His entire head was replaced with some sort of machine!
He let out a very distressed and baffled wail, half surprised it even came out seeing as he had no mouth. He'd also taken notice that he felt much taller, even just sitting; but that hardly concerned him at this point. What even was he? He wanted to assume that this was some cruel, spiteful trick John had played on him, but he also highly doubted that. This didn't seem like anything he was capable of.
He tried to nod off again, hoping he'd wake up like normal.

Emil Galhardo-Alverez bulgariansumo

"Oh, hello....What have we here?"

Emil examined himself in the mirror, not quite the person he used to be. He was now much paler, more heavyset, and with long, straight, dark brown hair. He thought to himself that he must be dreaming, though somewhere in the back of his mind, he knew he was lying to himself. Whatever to protect his sanity from the bizarreness of waking up in a new body.  He thought he was short before, but this takes it to a whole new level! He thought to himself that he might be even shorter than Angelo! On the bright side, he always enjoyed being around people taller than him, and now just about everyone will be tall compared to him!

"You could use a little sleep, I see." He checks out the bags under his new eyes. However, he doesn't feel tired at all! He spys a red plaid jacket nearby and wears it. It made him feel relieved. Himself again. Trying to push back thoughts of how the rest of the crew must be doing in his absence, he dresses himself, and goes about his day.

He finds out this guy's name is supposed to be Malcom, but people call him "Mal" for short, which was weird for Emil, since "mal" means "bad" in Spanish. He insists on being called Malcom. He manages to weird out everyone Mal knows with his peppy demeanor. He doesn't care. He doesn't want to care. He doesn't want to worry about anything. He just wants to be himself again.

((P.S. Sorry for taking three of your characters in a row, I only just realized!))

Florence Luff Animaloftheelements

"..."

He stared into a mirror for a good while, completely speechless. He had no idea what happened that made him become this, but he immediately suspects his queen may have done something. This may not be so bad though.

"I should remember his face for when we meet," the former demon mumbled to himself , "I mean, he's not as good looking as me but he's cute..." he looked around the room, and attempted to use any kind of magic he had. Upon realizing he can't he suddenly started to panic. He didn't show it on the outside though.

"Never mind, I want my own body back," the demon had taken a human form before, but even then he still had some of his powers, and it was already uncomfortable enough. This was very different. Now he just needed to find out what genre he got himself into and might be able to do something. The next step would be to make sure no one knows

Alistar Ikayuro

He was exhausted- drained? Possibly lethargic; he couldn’t quite put a word to the feeling, but his whole body felt heavier than it had, despite the actual physical properties of his new form. His ears no longer responded the way they used to, and his balance was hideous with the loss of his tail; and so, Alistar had taken to simply collapsing onto the floor where he’d stood, staring down at his hands.

He couldn’t exactly pinpoint when the change had occurred, as though it had happened overnight; but he wasn’t pleased in the slightest. How would his tribe ever recognize him like this…?

Even so, he couldn’t stay here moping all day- though getting through the city proper would be difficult with a guise such as this. Picking himself up and dusting off his now much more revealing clothing (to which he had tried to pull over his exposed abdomen, to no avail), Alistar set off, perhaps to find someone who could reverse this.

 John Stevens BlankStorefront

John woke slowly, recoiling a little at an overwhelmingly fishy smell. Upon opening his eyes he realized he could see clearly, but recognized nothing around him. Scratching his head, he felt... cat ears. This was all real weird, but he didn't feel very distressed; he was relieved, in fact. He was someone else, somewhere else. No interference, no one who knew him. He stood up, then quickly stumbled backwards from the weight of his tail, which he hadn't noticed before. He hardly cared. This was all too liberating.

(OOC: Hahah, sorry for like, popping into thread that has been dead for a week)

Chipo Vanghira

Chipo woke up slowly, staring curiously up at the ceiling above her. This wasn't her open sky she was used to. Not to mention, the cloth she wore over her eyes was gone, replaced with... Something she couldn't describe. It looked like what the ground-dwellers had on their moving boxes in their rooms. It wasn't right. She couldn't see.

She flailed up with a worried squawk, only to find... Her body was a bit heavier than she remembered. And was she getting sick? That sound surely couldn't have come from her! She tried to say a few words she knew... And she was speaking with a stranger's voice. And now, she was in a stranger's body, she realized. Her wing cloth was gone. Her hair was gone. The fresh smell of her mountain no longer filled her nose, and instead of scent, the sound of static filled her ears.

She curled up over herself, terrified of her new body. Her hands went over her ears, the touch unfamiliar. Someone cruel had done this to her. Some stranger had taken her body, and she didn't know what to do.

After a long while, she begrudgingly slid off the bed, doing her best not to make a sound, and get used to this new body. It wasn't entirely out of her league - she was used to getting lost anyways.

Dianxia

Alistair awoke with a jolt, his head pounding with pain.

"Ugh, not this feeling again..." He groaned. "...Wait a minute. Something isn't--"

He glanced downwards, immediately realizing just how different his body was.

"No... I'm... I'm not...??"

Panic began to sank in, and he freaked out momentarily at the sight of his "wings." He felt a little more comforted knowing that it had just been cloth--but not by much. He had already had enough by disguising himself as female to everyone in 'Wonderland' and now he had somehow managed to turn entirely female--although, the body did not seem to be his own. That was another relief. He searched for a mirror--anything with a reflective surface that he could find. He managed to get his hands on one, and sure enough, the appearance was entirely different. Although, he had a feeling this was the case. The body proportions felt way too off on top of him being female now.

"Dammit... I guess I have to search for yet another strange cake or something... Anything that'll return me to my body. Of course, knowing Wonderland, it'll take me a long time to track it down..."

He clenched his fists and went off, searching in hopes for some cure to his new "condition."

Opal SuperStar2361

When Opal woke up, she immediately had a feeling that something was very, very wrong.

"I-I'm not underwater!" She looked around her frantically for the nearest pool of water, but saw none.

"Oh no, oh no, oh no..." She began to panic, but then looked downwards and saw that instead of her tail, she saw a pair of human legs. While that made her calm down a little, as she knew she wouldn't die from being out of water, she was still very worried as she knew that this wasn't right at all.

"What's going on?! Where am I?" Everything looked unfamiliar, from her surroundings to her now blonde hair to the dress she was now wearing. She tried to get up, but fell back on the floor. She had no idea how humans were able to walk, or how to move her new legs.

"This is going to take a lot of getting used to..." While Opal had always wondered what life was like for humans, she certainly didn't expect to experience it herself by being in a human's body. She stayed on the floor, having no idea how to get up.

Pupper Jutta

Pupper woke up slowly, yawning and rubbing his eyes. To his surprise, his face felt soft and smooth instead of the hard bone like material it was before. He squeaked in surprise and looked down at his hands, which were pale and slender instead of the blue scaled hands he was used to.

"Am I human now?? Holy beans I sure hope so! I can't wait to show my friends!!" He squealed happily, too excited to notice that his voices sounded sweet and feminine, instead of many voices at once.

As Pupper  tried to stand up he fell flat on his face, and he looked down to see a long blue fish tail. He flopped sadly, "Aww I guess it was too good to be true...but this is definitely an improvement anyways..."

The entire time he didn't even notice he was completely underwater.
