let's be more clear. it does NOT have to be an animal based on what the OC is or looks like. that'd be rather boring??? you can base it off whatever: personality, likes, dislikes, etc. let's say Alden, my OC, as a lion because of his hair color? even though he's a cat.
e.g.
Levey - wolf because of his tail??
next person can pick an animal for my OC displayed in my post.
I honestly feel like a cat would work! Specifically those long ones with very short fur but I don't remember their name 😭
I'd say an elk, peaceful yet capable to reflect his reputation and caring spirit. Also his backstory of getting lost at a snowy mountain puts wintery creatures in my mind.
perhaps a luzon bleeding-heart would suit Francine quite a bit! imo its timid behaviour somewhat reflects the way Fran acts in public, and the whole bleeding heart aspect def resonates with her severe, never-ending grief :[
