But this game was inspired by a Tumblr post where someone suggested a Giraffe-Taur and what that would look like. And it got me thinking (and a mighty need for a giraffe taur...) what are some other UNUSUAL taurs?
So here is how this is gonna work! - ie it's basically like the other "do a thing for the person above you" threads...
- Name an animal. (Feel free to mention if you have certain things you do not like, like "No Blood" or "Girls Prefered", but keep in mind this is Artists choice! They don't have to listen!)
- Person below them will draw a taur based on this animal! (ie. Like a centaur but whatever animal they said instead of horse)
- To the Artist - Send it to whoever now "owns" that taur (the person above you) *include if they are allowed to give away/trade the creation!
- To the Reciver - Thank the Artist! *no not trade or give away the creation if your artist does not spesifically say you can!
- Profit
Some guidelines:
- Do not post - Horse, Cat, Wolf, Fish, Spider or Snake. These are common creatures, or common "taurs", and the point here is something a little odd and unusual!
- You may post the same animal as someone else! It's ok, cause the artist who does yours might do it different then the one before! Plus, more "odd" taurs the better!
- If you like them, make a character for them here but please credit your artist as creator/artist for your new baby.
- This is for ALL SKILL LEVELS! - So do not post here/play the game if you are going to be a grump about not getting fantastic art! And do not be shy about participating if your art is less then professional! All we ask is you put forth your best effort to make something for the person above you.
- This is a game, so this is meant to be fun. Ideally this is more for the artists to create something they want to, and less about getting the creature. but that in mind:
- Please please please do NOT post if you do not think you will be unable to get the design done. That isn't fair to the person above you who might be excited to see what could be created.
- Do not claim a new one until you have posted/pmed the first one.
- Try not to claim back to back, let other people get some.
- HAVE FUN!

Finished, IC and below. I don't know how to draw middle aged men, and I messed with the hair in a way I've never done before. I also don't like using markers. Overall I'm sorry if this sucks, it's a bunch of stuff I'm not used to, but I had fun lol.
I just want some sort of fantasy design using these, feel free to go pretty wild though, I'll add a few prompts but do whatever with the animals though
Peacock: Regal holy knight? Prince? (I want a cis guy for this one because of the color difference of male and female peacocks, or do a transgender guy and play with that idc)
Antelope (keep the horns pls): Evil wizard, Thief, librarian?
Red Panda: Goofy uncle sorta man, circus performer, poor artist that lives with their parents at an older person
Snow Leopard: Arctic Druid, Archer bounty hunter lady, holy knight, city guard, rune wizard/warlock (cool runic tattoos)
Flamingo: oracle/foreseerer person, lancer, blacksmith lady
Mantis shrimp: Archer, mage, wizard's apprentice (you can make them land based or mermaid-like)
Furret: Play with the long and lanky body, have fun!
Lemur: Druid's apprentice, street thief, evil wizard.
Blue Jay: Warlock w/ cool blue tattoos, arcane trickster, king/queen
