Pomubeans - Semi-open species

I just recently made this simple cute species base of a character i had made for myself and it seems i have a small group of people who like them so i wanna to expand a bit so more people knew about them.   Heres a little info on them and the species sheet as well!   Tell me what you think and critisism is appreciated! I also want questions about the species if you can think of any! it'll help me flesh them out a bit more and maybe even add more to the ref sheet or even start a new one. q uq 

                             
                             
                               
Pomubeans are silly creatures who are born from magic little beans being planted in nice moist soil.

The leaf on their head is able to create any type of fruit when pulled from their head! A new leaf grows in it's place each time it is pulled off.

The fruit that is created is purely random unless a Pomu pulls it off themselves.

Pomubeans have a love for sugar as that is required as energy. Lots of sugar is healthy for a Pomu!

Pomubeans primarily have darker skin due to them taking on the hue of the soil they are planted in. Lighter Pomubeans are planted in soil that contain a large amount of sand, causing their lack of brown.

Pomubeans prefer to live in warm climates and love regular swimming trips.

As a Pomu ages, the fruit they produce take less and less time to get ripe. Planting the seeds from a Pomubeans fruit will result in super food                                                                                   with enhanced health benefits.
