蓝丽 Lan

A lovely guide from the forest-hot spring town of Thermal Harbor (火电温泉). Friendly and open-minded, but insecure about her status in the town. Heavily disliked by the one of the town's main elder spirit advisors due to her blood relation to the town's original protector, which the advisor believes abandoned their fellow spirits to assist human aggression instead.

Eventually some of the other elders catch on to the spirit advisor's poor treatment of her, and order the advisor to seal part of their abilities into her battery (weapon) as punishment. The advisor does so, but curses the fragment sealed inside the battery, making it impossible to use her battery in any way to cast charge without the charge exploding uncontrollably. It's still able to be used as a physical weapon with no drawbacks, though.
