Weirdo who wouldn't stop taking bones out of the Dusk Catacombs, so Titania very politely (but very firmly) said that he should go on a soul-searching pilgrimage to the Court of the Mire. He got to the Mire, met the merry band of weirdos that live there, and decided to move permanently. (They let him touch as many bones as he wants.)

Off-putting, but generally polite and comes off as a little too normal in regular conversation. Utter any of his interests (autopsies, bodies, corpses, bones, preservation, fermentation...?), even in passing, and you'll unleash a tsunami of a ramble that cannot be quelled, only withstood.

He generally keeps to himself, though, and as he's a transplant from a Sun-worshipping Court he's still diurnal. So it's not like he has a ton of people to bug, anyways. Just his poor, underpaid retainer.
