You can resell/trade, redesign, edit, and make changes to the designs of characters that you own. Once you own it, it's yours.
The only thing I ask is to not resell or trade for higher value than originally purchased for unless additional artwork has been added with the character. Basically, just don't use my designs for investment purposes. I don't mind what you do with it otherwise.
