Tovi can be very reckless, he cares more about results than the consequences of his actions. They are fairly selfish; he doesn’t really care about others unless they are part of his “family” or they have something to offer him. They really don’t hide this, they are very open about how they view the world and others unless he sees a significant incentive to lie or deceive.

Tovi is very ambitious when he sets his sights on something he’ll do anything to get it. Their family are the only ones that have a chance at talking him out of a goal though even that is rare.
