While how he got there isn't clear, Steppes has been raised within the sharing boundaries of Villagers. His adoptive father, a blacksmith such as himself, showing him the skills that have stayed faithful even after so long. With his upbringing and work, he is considerably stronger and relatively smarter then most other Endermen, with language matching closer to those who raised him. However, his time growing up in such odd circumstances still manifest, not understanding the ideas of personal property or keeping stuff that other people need.
