A cold, serious woman who's more focused on her own goals than anything else. She's VERY GOOD at putting on a false facade of kindness and caring, but can switch it off just as easily.

Summary

A reptilian who's currently trying to climb the poltical ranks in order to garner more power for herself. Although her motives are ENTIRELY selfish, and extremely myserious, it doesn't seem she's intent to be malicious with her plans or cause strife. Rather, she's trying to help snuff it out, as it's bothersome to her.
