Svetlana is a Forget Me Not Angel (#416). Before she died, Svetlana was a college student well on her way to a successful career. To pass the time and make some spare cash between semesters, she took up modeling. She was approached with an offer to work at a strip club on weekends, and the pay was far too good for her to pass up. 

The lifestyle sucked her in hard and fast, and before long her grades started to slip, and she was more focused on her next performance than she was her next exam. She became close friends with some of her fellow dancers, and was eventually pressured into trying drugs.

A few parties in, she severely overestimated herself and didn't pay much attention to what she was taking. Feeling sick and in need of fresh air, she stumbled from the house and into the host's backyard, which was largely covered in sunflowers. She laid down in the patch to watch the stars, and passed out. Before anyone was able to find her, she died of an overdose.

Svetlana grew up in a nice home with her younger sister Katya and her parents. They weren't rich, but had enough money to get Svetlana started into college. Though she has a lot of happy memories with them, Svetlana was never as close to her parents as she was to her sister, Katya. Katya looked up to her, and hoped to work together in the same field one day. She was absolutely crushed when Svetlana died, and considered suicide several times. She was able to pull through with her parents and friends by her side, but she was never quite the same person again.

Random Tidbits

• Svetlana absolutely will not touch drugs of any kind, but she's still a sucker for a nice glass of whiskey. 
• Svetlana tries to avoid people she knew while she was alive, even though they wouldn't recognize her. Seeing how quickly everyone moved on from her death hurts her.
• Every year on Katya's birthday, Svetlana leaves her sister a perfect sunflower somewhere for her to find.
