Miyoshi Nozomi

Miyoshi and her twin brother were born to very disgusted parents, who were embarrassed of the snapping plant pods that lived in their hair. They were different, and being different was considered bad in their eyes. Because of this, they were hidden away in their house, home schooled and shut off from the outside world. Neither she or her brother were allowed to socialize, and were always forced to cover their heads and hide their buds. In an attempt to no longer have to deal with what they considered "reject children," her and her brother were cast off to military school, dumping them off and letting the government keep them for good. Miyoshi's brother was able to hide the pod that sprouted from his head, and rise through the ranks, soon reaching a high respected rank. However, she wasn't able to do the same. For a short while, she was able to hide the pods from her hair, but a getting into a fight with another student exposed her hair. The buds, defending their host, snapped and injured the other classmate, who ratted out Miyoshi to their teachers. She was then taken into custody where they discovered her living hair buds. Luckily for her, Miyoshi's brother pulled some strings with his connections, and pulled her out of military school, and brought her to Area 51. Since then, she has spent quite some time here, and has become another research subject at the facility. In the meantime, she's been causing mischief and stress for her brother, while making sure nobody finds out about her brother's hair bud at the same time.
