History: Soar was part of a research facility where she was used as a test subject. The facility held many rabbits, each rabbit being experimented on for a different emotion. Soar's designated emotion was stress. She would be pushed to her limit time and time again for research data. What this data was used for Soar had no clue of, still doesn't. The experiments would occur in sealed "testing rooms". Meanwhile the researchers would observe from a different room in safety, would the feral stage trigger. Test subjects can not harm one another due to micro chips placed inside them, thanks to these group experiments are possible, and encouraged. This to see how different emotions trigger eachother. During these group experiments Soar met Rue, another rabbit in the facility. Rue had been designated the emotion of sadness. Upon the discovery that Soar and Rue triggered eachother quite easily experiments with these two were held often, the two rabbits would form a close friendship. One day Soar and Rue managed to escape the facility together, they are now on the run, hoping they will never need to suffer the terrible experiments again.
Trivia: Due to body modifications done by the researchers Soar's right eye and yellow heart will change color to indicate where she is at in her stress progression, this to make documentation easier during experiments. Her default color is yellow, also known as her normal stage, you will mostly see her as so. Following yellow the color changes to orange, this is called the warning stage. It signals Soar is feeling moderate to high levels of stress. During this stage Soar still has full control of her body and thoughts. The next stage was named the feral stage. During this stage the color changes to red. If her heart and eye are red Soar is past her breaking point, she can no longer control her body and acts on impulse. Her only thought during this stage is to make whatever stressed her out dissapear, and she will do anything to make that happen, this is why it is in your greatest interest to never cause Soar to reach this stage if you aren't at safe distance and want to stay unharmed.
This could also be seen as a reset stage, each rabbit was given an internal reset function so they can be experimented on countless times. Soar will turn back to normal when she has dealt with the thing causing her stress. The reset only accounts for the rabbits emotions, memories remain intact and physical condition(s) stay the same. Worth to note is that Soar's stress will decrese as it would in any normal living being during the warning and normal stage. The reset function only triggers in her feral stage.
