Another angelic parole officer, assigned to the demon Mephistopheles. Tries to keep a chipper, upbeat attitude, but is pretty intimidated by Meph, who takes advantage of his bad reputation to scare Pahaliah into letting him do what he wants. Often has trouble putting their foot down, and has been bounced around from assignment to assignment a lot up until now.
