Yanyou

The immortal of Alchemy. Keeping his visage as he was when mortal, he presents himself as a curious young man, pursuing studies in various areas throughout the centuries.

In the past, he climbed ranks within the demon sect as a genius cultivator, getting as high as the sect leader. He refused the position, however, as he was more interested in furthering his knowledge in alchemy and experimentation than involving himself in politics. He settled in a comfortable shadow leader position, aiding the sect leader in battles and advice now and then but mostly staying in isolation.
After years of cultivation, he ascended as the Immortal of Alchemy, though he still enjoys walking amongst mortals and seeing how far they develop instead of limiting himself to the Heavenly Realm. He can usually be found in universities and hospitals.
