adgey was born in The End, and even at a young age was highly interested in the flying boats that dotted the abandonned End Cities. He spent most of his childhood trying to reach one, formulating plans only to fail miserably and start from zero. Eventually, he found his way in, and - what may have been highly dissappointing to most - the empty boat amazed him. It was partly the intricate architecture, but mostly the elytra that was tucked away inside.

harmed by this odd item, Badgey took it from it's post and - after brief investigation - equipped it. He spent what felt like hours stretching the wings of the elytra, unfurling them to their full width and admiring the golden feathers. It felt completely natural. Without a second thought, he threw himself off the side of the boat, and took to soaring through the sky.
Unbeknownst to the consequences, he glided effortlessly, feeling years of experience come to him in seconds. In that very moment Badgey found his affinity for flying, something he'd hold tightly throughout his life. After an age of flying past cities and chorus plants, he landed amongst a group of endermen, realising with a chill what he'd done.
The community he had grown up in looked down on him like a stranger, whispering between eachother while casting burning glares at the young enderman before them. And - after a council decision - Badgey was sent to exile. Though fighting the push of what he'd once called family, he was thrown into the central portal, waking up in the Overworld; crying, confused, and completely alone.
adgey is based off me in my family's Minecraft realm, and his main design ideas stem from the "Enderman Suit" skin, since that's what I wear! His wings are the Founder's Cape in elytra form - and is a main part of his character mostly bc I overuse my own elytra ^^;

The End
- His shirt is almost always half tucked-in. He tucks it in during flying but it quickly becomes untidy.
- His boots are an absolute mess, he refuses to replace them.
- When he's excited or happy he flaps his wings, but when he's upset he emits more particles than usual.
Alev and Badgey are like father and son. The start of their friendship was akin to how he'd met Quill, but at least Quill had been able to hold a conversation. But - like Quill - Alev immediately felt the need to protect the young enderman and took him into his home. From there, the two became close through half an apprenticeship and half a cobbled together family. Badgey's smarter than Alev thinks, and while he hasn't pieced the entire thing together he knows what the scars on Alev's back are from, and he'd heard enough from his mother about what they'd done to the raiders. But Alev's different; he couldn't have killed the dragon. He's not like that, is he?
During one of Quill's trips to Alev's house, his friend asked him to stay a bit longer to help Badgey settle. Quill took to teaching Badgey immediately, using his own experiences to get the young enderman to speak non-telapathically. While it might've been Badgey needing attachment after his exile, him and Quill became inseperable during the time he spent with them. Badgey sees Quill as his complete and utter role-model, constantly in awe of how well he copes without the End. Although Badgey was emotional when Quill had to leave for the first time, Quill makes sure to visit frequently, bringing back plenty of souveniers and stories to tell his apprentice.
