About...
Ravi occasionally works for the Agency, finding himself employed primarily as an information broker for both individuals and large projects. He typically works on shorter contracts, priding himself in his ability to swifty collect and present accurate, concise, and clear data. When he's not bogged in work, he's usually helping out as a volunteer in Uzerin's Archives of the Songs, the island's library system.
Many of his bids for work have been challenged by Imbricata, whose methods are more... how to say... illicit. Though Ravi isn't interested in bending the law to produce data, he's a bit miffed at Imby's almost eagerness to do so - and the comparisons between their finished projects it brings.
Though Imby sees their rivalry a bit more casually, Ravi is fiercely and deeply jealous of them - though isn't willing to admit it.
Personality...
Polite, reserved, a little awkward. Not friendly, but not abrasive about it, just doesn't like being interrupted. Hard to anger but holds grudges and simmers in them when pushed. Very self-reliant on his strong memory and recollection, feels nervous if he doesn't know something or doesn't know where to find info about it.

Abilities...
Flame: Rosy Antique Flame, Harbinger of Anthologies
Ravi's Flame allows him to understand all information contained within a 'book' by simply placing a hand on top of it. A 'book' is defined by any object that contains written words that convey a meaning, so things like e-books, pamphlets, stone tablets, etc., do count.
This Flame works even if Ravi does not know the book's language.
