Created by Gizmo as a blasphemous fuck you to the creator using the remains of various Mobians as well as her employer's DNA (because washing dishes is not something an evil scientist does, DAD!), Lazarus is everything the young scientist ever hoped to create. In her own words he is 'absolutely perfect in every way.' Lazarus is eager to devour any knowledge anyone has, even going as far as to torture it out of people, witch seems to be his perfered method. Unlike any of the other Chimeras within Gizmo's lab, He has free range and the most free will able to do as he pleases so long as he does not betray Gizmo or her employer.
He was also created for another purpose...
