-Works in one of the carnivals outside Toonsburg.
-He loves to get attention, always cheery and usually using his flags.
-He removes his flags to not dirty them, when outside work.
-When he sees someone down, he tries to cheer them up.
-Sometimes he gets upset if he isnt able to make someone smile.
-Doesnt really get along with Arley and Arley has the same feelings.
-Sees Arley like competition.(Arley sees him like a too small fry to care)
-Mostly seen smiling, rarely is sad.
-Even when upset he doesnt like to show it.
