Can be uptight and hard to talk to, considered stoic. Sometimes overly formal without realizing it, but is just trying his best. Defends the weak or those unable to defend themselves without hesitation, and a genuinely good guy. Tries not to think too analytically, but in stressful situations he does the math of the odds instinctively. Very rarely says it out loud, but thinks very poorly of himself and berates himself for making even minor mistakes, and things that most wouldn’t even consider a mistake.
Estranged from his rich and wealthy parents after a public falling out that they deemed bad for their image. They wanted Eichi to be the sleazy business oriented people they were, and it wasn't having it.

Summary
While it seems calm, kind, and collected, Eichi has a very hectic mind. Years of belittlement and bullying have led to it being very self deprecating and not caring much for itself. He desperately wants to be a good, empathetic person. He wants to be everything he discovered his parents weren’t. He feels very betrayed in general and has trouble trusting others, despite wanting to make friends.
His analytical mind is a curse to him, in all honesty. Because he knows the odds of almost any situation [whether or not someone will get hurt or killed, whether or not arguments will progress, etc] he sometimes forgets that he’s dealing with living people and not statistics. He hates that he thinks this way and actively avoids doing it. It is just another reminder of its parents.
He will likely be the first to stand up for the accused in the trials, if he knows they couldn't have been the killer. In fact, it probably won’t believe that any one of them could kill. It seems outlandish and impossible to it that any of the class would kill another student. He will be sympathetic until the end.
Eichi has always been the poster child of all poster children. Seen but not heard, a sort of trophy to be displayed for guests. When he was small, he learned much quicker than others his age, and his parents took this as a sign that he was destined for greatness. They would take it to work with them at SatōTech, show it around to all their friends, teach it from the comfort of their offices.
He went to a private school, naturally, but was often bullied for his appearance, timid behaviour, and hearing aids. Often, its hearing aids would be stolen or taken or broken at school, and its parents wouldn’t care to address the larger bullying problem, and would buy it new ones. After all it was just a party trick to them, not a child with thoughts or feelings, not really.
He never really realized that his family was treating him this way, and instead tried to please them as best he could, wanting desperately to be part of their inner circle. They were powerful and he wanted to be a vital part of their life, not just a burden to come home to.
Design
• He often wears sweaters, button ups, and dress pants or jeans. Almost all his outfits are in black and white, even his hearing aids are black. He likes simplicity and it shows in how he dresses.
• He is very cold often and wears sweaters to stay warm.
• Its left eye is black, but its right eye is blue.
• Round face, wide nose, and monolid eyes!
• He has very good posture!
• Its hair is surprisingly curly, and cut just above its shoulders. While it may appear dyed, the front bits of hair are white naturally.
Trivia
• Always carries an emotional support animal plushie with him; it’s a raven named Corvus. The harness is white!
• Stims by rubbing his hands, fingers, or face.

• Allergic to tree nuts!
• Favorite food is taiyaki.
• Eichi has Waardenburg syndrome, causing it to have heterochromia, white streaks in its hair, and hearing loss.

Yutaka Satō
Its father. A militant man with a seemingly soft side for his children, that melted away once Eichi was allowed to see his true face. Chairman and co-founder of SatōTech.

His mother. A kind, soft spoken, obedient woman… who wants nothing more than riches and status. CEO and co-founder of SatōTech.
Hoshiko Satō
His older sister. Estranged from the family years ago for the same reason Eichi was cast out, Eichi now lives with her until it graduates.
Mayumayu
It's closest friend. Eichi believes in Mayu no matter what, and would do anything to protect them. They are one of the first friends it's ever had.
