General  COMMERCIAL USE

• All of my Artwork are Not for commercial use. Unless, it was discussed.
• Price increase for commercial uses are 75% from it's original price. Or, 13% royalty fee.

COPYRIGHTS & CREDITS

• You must credit me whenever you reupload/repost my artwork. 
• Failure to do so will get you a warning in a professional way. Not complying with my conditionwill result Blacklist and a Beware.  
• Inspired from my Artwork is fine but Heavily Referenced, Copied, or Tracingis Not Allowed.

PAYMENT

• I Accept Paypal, Gcash, and DA points as payment.
• Payment First before you receive the product. 
• I Accept Payment plan but you won't get the product until fully paid.
• I Accept Mixed payment [GcashAND Paypal ONLY].
• I Accept Crypto Currency but price would be different [50% increase from Original Price].

REFUND & HOLDS

• I Do Not Accept refund. Think before you buy.
• I Accept holds for 1 and half week Maximum [10 days] but it has penalty fee for 10% from original price.
• I Accept Cancel Hold. But I Do Not Accept Commission Cancel.

Design  PAID & FREE ARTWORK USE

• You are Allowed to use the artwork for personal purpose. Therefore, you are Not Allowed to use it commercially without discussing with me.
• You are Not Allowed to edit the artwork directly. You must ask me first.
• Free artwork Does not Carry any value. and, Paid Artwork is not allowed to have price increase.

F2U & P2U BASES

• You are Not Allowed to sell the free base itself.
• You are Allowed to Make Adopts, Custom, or Personal Edit.
• You are Allowed to Edit as much as you like. But still needs to credit me.
• For Free bases, You are Not Allowed to use the base for YCH and Commission.
• For Paid bases, You are Allowed to use the base for YCH and Commission.
• You are Not Allowed to claim the base as yours. You must Credit Yourself if you're the Designer.

TURN AROUND TIME

• I can Finish 1 queue in 2-7 hours depending on Complexity. 
• I have rights to decline if I can't work with the deadline.
• Deadlines must be reasonable. 
• Under circumstances, I have rights to refuse Unpaid Commission queue if Life gets hard.
• Be patient. Taking my time to finish it adds some quality. Please Do Not Rush perssure me.

CREATIVE PROCESS

• I Accept Revisions [5 Times Only]. 
• 1 Slot per person. You may get 3 piece Max only. If all slots are Taken and You want to get another slot, I am no longer Accepting request until it Opens again.
• I will let you know if I started working on yours. 
• Make sure you mentioned every important details when answering the form. Do not give me Low Quality Reference.

Adopts  CUSTOM

• Do not Rush Creative process when it comes to custom.
• I Do Not Accept Deadlines on custom.
• Once Custom is Finished. You are Not Allowed to Over price when Reselling.
• I Accept Small Tweaks. Major Tweaks will have additional Fee [+$3]. 

REDESIGN & EDITS

• You are Allowed to Redesign as much as you want but It must still resemble the Original Design.
• You are Allowed to Make Direct Image Edit but must have permission to me first.
• You are Still Obliged to Credit Me no matter How much change is applied.

RESELLING, TRADE, FREE

• Reselling:
  • You are Allowed to do whatever but You May Not sell the Design for more than the Base Value. Always look at Ownership Log.
  • Base Value is Allowed to Increase if it has Additional Art. [Free Art is Not Included] [Personal Art is Included]
• Traded Designs:
  • Trade Value is the same as the character you traded for. You may sell it for money if You bought Additional Art for it. [Personal Art is Included]
  • Do Not Over Price it from It's Original Price.
• Free & Raffle Designs:
  • You are Not Allowed to Sell Any of My Free Designs. 
  • You are Allowed to trade.

CO-OWNING

• I Allow Co-Owning.
• If ever you created a twin with the design. They are required to be always together especially on transferring ownership.
