You need to have a premium account in order to use custom CSS. You will have an additional section to paste the CSS code.

The code is not on Kofi, it's a basic F2U CSS that can be copied out from the page -- the HTML used in the CSS example is a code that can be purchased however, you may be mixing these two codes up.

Yes, all CSS requires premium to function.

I'm not sure why that would be, if you could take a screen cap of where you're pasting it into and what the code looks like I could try to figure out what the issue might be.

The navbar is not styled with the CSS for that code, so it will display as default based on your TH theme.

I used a personal custom for my preview that isn't uploaded yet - you can use whatever HTML you'd like.
