Based off the Lemon Demon song, "It Can Get Lonely In My Mansion"

Tim loves people. That doesn't mean he's good at talking to them.

He spent most of his teens and young adult years working, generating quite an income for himself. That being said, he never had many friends. 

Now that he has plenty of free time, he's turned his time to creating public spaces like parks and attractions for people to enjoy. He does it because he knows it's a good way to spend his money, but he also does it out of the hope of making friends. Even though he's trying, he's not very easy to talk to. He also wears that weird mask all the time, and no one likes it.
