Zeec belongs to a species of underground animals. They live in the tunnels and caves beneath the surface and rarely leave those to venture out into the open world. They have a pair of wings, but are unable to fly. They mainly use them to glide over ravines, cliffs and down into vertikal tunnels. Their species relies on a combination on hearing and seeing as they use echo location to navigate trough tunnels when they're unable to see and use their eyes when the tunnels or caves are lit, by sun shining through cracks in the stone, glowing flora, crystals or whatever may be found in the dark.
