October

October is a Moti researcher living in Loez doing research on arcane mechanics and lost magic, and specifically into Break. He's picked up a decent amount of knowledge on it over time, but needs access to more texts, which are hard to come across, and has minimal field experience. He's also pretty good with light Flow, and uses knives as a focus to channel it more safely (though this burns through knives pretty fast). He's reserved, but not all that serious or dire, and seems kinda tired most of the time. Even when he's not researching he likes to hang out around libraries, and he has a miniature moss garden for a pet.

In combat he's a gear-based spellcaster, using foci to augment his Flow past what his limit would be otherwise. While his primary skill is with light flow, he could work well with most forms. He's great at doing research outside of combat, and if given access to the resources required, could be great as a Break arcanist.
