By owning this design you accept the following terms:
Redesigning is always allowed, to any extent.
My designs cannot be used commercially.
Reselling is only allowed for the same price that the design was bought for, unless you have added art to it (either art drawn by you, or commissioned by you). Art Fight attacks, gift art, or art trades do not increase the resale value.
If the design was not originally bought for actual real life currency, it cannot be sold for it. Game / onsite currencies are always ok (DeviantArt points, for example.)
Gifting and trading the design is always allowed.
Subbing to get a free character and then unsubbing makes you scum worth less than the ground you stand on. ♥
I don't have a blacklist of users I don't want owning my designs. I really don't care about that.
Keep the design on Toyhou.se! Do not delete the character profile, and do not sell the design offsite.
