Damon works for a criminal group in a city but also holds himself as a sophisticated person with high intrigue in the arts and high society. He considers himself a critic and a very good one at that, but has not come to terms with the fact that he's kneecapping people in alleyways and is basically as much as a classless thug as they come. He is prone to only wearing black clothing or a form flattering suit - but on errands for his crime circle he will wear just a white wifebeater and a bomber jacket. He is actively and whole heartedly an asshole to just about everyone he meets and is actively convinced that he is better than them on almost every level. He actually holds great resentment towards society for no real reason, and generally thinks that the only good thing to come out of humanity is our art and music and literature, and a vast majority of those are crap anyway.
However, under all of his superimposed veneer of classiness and culture, he tends to turn into your basic rage-fueled sadist. His family has actually been involved in different crime circles for years, jumping from trade to trade, so to speak, until the majority of them were taken out by their line of work. Damon resents them though for getting him started in the family way, as he sees it, and that his criminal leanings and anger management issues are pretty much genetic and unavoidable. He never really knew most of his family, though, and was shipped off to expensive boarding schools. There he learned the value of being intimidating and the want to be seen as smarter, stronger, and better than anyone else. Still though, he indulged his anger management issues in the form of beating up other kids. Even when he discovered his appreciation for art, he felt himself called by his sadistic tendencies. He didn't like this about himself, but these were compulsions that he could not ignore and continued them into his adult life. Therefor, he eventually convinced himself that he should cover them up in an attempt to become more refined- or convince everyone else that he is.
Traits: +articulate, +charming, +refined, +sophisticated, +athletic, -aloof, -sadistic, -violent, -Machiavellian, -vain, -stuck up, -duplicit, -judgemental, -authoritarian
- Damon is a genetic albino, but not to the extent where his eyes would be pink. He just lacks pigment.
- His hair is very thick and wavy and he dislikes it because of that
- Each of his tattoos mean something specific to him: be it an event or an experience, there is a story behind each of them
- He always has a bitch face, mainly because he is always a total bitch
- His weapon of choice is a crowbar
- Damon has almost never actually been responsible for killing anyone outright. He beats people up pretty good, yes, but he is not a hitman and won't probably ever get to that status and sees it as a form of 'self-control'.
- Often hangs out on ledges around the Lounge when he's taking a break and if he hears you talking shit he'll jump down like a goddamned cat
- He loves white wine, but he can't stand red. (It stains his clothes pretty bad)
- Damon loves to go running but will only go at night.
- He shaves almost everything because he finds body hair hella gross

Dolly Deetz (Girlfriend)
Damon finds Dolly incredibly interesting- she is his 'type' down to a t. He isn't sure how she knows Viper (nor does he really care) but that gave him an excuse to bring her to dinner. She told him that she used to be a ballet dancer but is now a secretary, which in Damon's opinion is wasting her artistic potential. They aren't in the stage of the relationship yet where he'd allow more of his 'true' self to be seen-- so he's been on his best behavior around her. He tends to glare at literally everyone else around when they go on dates, though.
Viper Rai-Sharma (Dislike + Get Away Driver)
Damon and Viper often work together in the Lounge Gang, as Viper is often his getaway driver. He dislikes her heavily though, as he sees her as flighty and lazy and way too colorful and overconfident of her own place in the world. He also sees her as basically trash because she tends to wear workout clothes a lot and to Damon, that means she is a slob. She is also prone to teasing him and Damon does not like to be teased.
Sharky (Dislike + Body Disposal)
Damon and Sharky are in the same gang. Damon thinks that Sharky is too immature and easily swayed by whims and not to mention too colorful. He occasionally has to take him the bodies of rival gang members and such that he's either beat within an inch of their life or someone else had killed, so he knows what Sharky tends to do with the bodies before disposing of them. It kinda disturbs him but he'd never admit it. They have sort of a strained relationship because technically, Damon is Sharky’s superior but— it doesn’t tend to pan out that simply.
Cosette Hatahle (Fellow Gang Member)
Damon knows Cosette from the work she does for the gang and her patronage of the Artemis Lounge. He was actually one of the people Anatolli had indoctrinate her, so he definitely knows who she is and what she does. While he's thankful the gang has connections with the police and someone to 'clean up' after some of the more messy members, he is mostly neutral about Cosette as a person.
Kaseem Hajjar (Fellow Gang Member + Disliked)
Damon and Kas are in the same gang. Damon sometimes gives him instructions from Anatolli, but isn’t a fan of Kas. He’s way too ‘out there’ to Damon. Also, for how low on the overall totem pole Kas is, he walks around like he owns the place and that really bothers Damon. He doesn't know too much about his personal life, but Kas has made it very clear that he is gay and that also makes Damon very, very uncomfortable. No one needs to know that. Kas should really grow a filter between his personal and professional lives.
Leia Slade (Uninspired Hack)
Damon, ruiner of dreams, has returned to rip this art ho's shitty art a new one. Sure she can pull of painting some waves on a canvas- but the gallery that he saw her work in was filled with about ten of the same thing. Art is just plagiarization unless it's innovation after all- he supposes that you can say he was a little 'harsh'. But if one doesn't want criticism, don't submit your work to a gallery.
Basil Atlas (Uninspired Hack)
He ran into him just once, at a coffee shop, and Basil had the audacity to be talking about photography as an art form. Photography is not an art, and even if was art, the pictures that Basil was showing off would qualify as garbage. Damon knows people that are Basil's type and he really, really does not like them. You are not an artist because you can point a camera or splatter some paint across a canvas and you are not a poet because you can type some words on your phone and you are not deep because you have a Tumblr. Damon hates these types of 'artistics' as they are put- he just sees them as angsty teenaged counterculture drones who cannot think for themselves or come up with an original idea.
