Simon Penumbra

BIO

Simon Penumbra is the eleventh life of the Librix, the larval form of the Diamas Harmonia. Had he formed naturally, a fair chunk of the timeline's events may have been prevented- but as the tenth life gave way to the eleventh and Simon began to form, an unnatural dark magic known as the Xenomagi corrupted his being and overtook his vulnerable mind, turning him into a monster he never would've been had Xenomagi never come into play. The Simon most timelines ended up with is sadistic and corrupt, fully willing to destroy the universe as slowly and painfully as possible. He's the one who killed Khalid and Hyacinth, and would've succeeded in enacting the Xenomagi's ultimate goal of destroying the universe had Elidra not fused with Harmony to become Amice, managing to forcefully pull the Xenomagi out of Simon's body and kill it- or, at least, that portion of it.

Sadistic, merciless and unhesitant, Simon is rarely ever not either plotting out attacks on the universe or acting his plans out. He is very driven, but in all the wrong ways. He was particularly fixated on Elidra, since he knew that he'd have a good start on wrecking things if he took out the Balancers- not to mention he delighted in fucking with someone who had such intense emotional responses to it. However, this wasn't exactly him- for a good portion of his life, the malicious Xenomagi was in control of him, and most of his actions were simply the sentient magic's consciousness shining through his body.
