Blizzardnose is an Ice Elemental- they are a special kind of warriors I created. Basically, Elementals are a secret organization of warriors who were given powers from StarClan to help protect the clans, sort of like the chosen three from the canon series except for there’s way more of them, they keep their powers for life, and the powers are more closely element related, hence the name. The Elementals have their own additional Warrior Code rules they need to follow, and no one can really know of their presence. The powers are also genetic, and there is one new elemental during every generation, no more, no less. Anyways, more about Blizzardnose; she was the only surviving kit of her litter, and her mother died during childbirth(kitbirth?), which caused her father to become way to overprotective of her. In response to his protection, Blizzardkit grew distant from him and became quite rebellious. In fact, she even broke of the Elemental’s rules by telling her crush, Flame’wind(at that time Flame’kit) about her powers. Though Flame’kit was at first freaked out, the two grew quite close after this. However, Blizzardkit’s dad didn’t approve of their relationship, as he thought Flame’kit was being a bad influence on her. Unbeknownst to both of them, soon after his mom died and he became an apprentice, Flame’paw started to train in the Dark Forest so he could protect Blizzard’paw. Flame’paw didn’t recognize the dangers of the Dark Forest and that the cats there didn’t have his best interests in mind until after he became a warrior and killed his sister’s murder. Blizzardnose saw him do it and was horrified, but helped him through it, which ultimately led him to quit going to the Dark Forest. The two became mates and lived a fairly peaceful life for about 6 moons afterward. However, one day they were washed out to sea and became stranded on an island that belonged to a group of cats known as The Winged Ones(they are basically the Elemental’s rivals and have wings). They welcomed Blizzardnose with open arms, but Flame’wind soon learned that they only wanted Blizzardnose so she could produce a kit with Elemental powers for them so they could finally lift the curse of eternal winter one of the previous Ice Elementals had placed upon them long ago. Flame’wind tried to warn Blizzardnose, but the Winged Ones found out that he knew and imprisoned him. Eventually, they let him go, but not before Blizzardnose was heavy with kits, forcing her to stay on the island. Eventually, Blizzardnose gave birth to four kits: Moss`kit, Reed, Jasperkit , and Dove. But none of them had powers. The two tried to hide that fact for as long as they could, but eventually The Winged Ones found out and wanted to try again. So then Blizzardnose and Flame’wind pulled a daring escape from the island, regrettably leaving the kits behind. The two were greeted by their clans happily upon their return, and Blizzardnose and Flame’wind finally were able to have kits of their very own, Thawkit(who inherited her powers) and Sage`kit. Blizzardnose got her name from her sharp sense of smell, and lost her ear in a battle when she was an apprentice. Her eyes glow whenever she uses her powers.
