Vicky is Iza's surrogate mother, taking her, so to speak, under her wing, after she ran away from Constantine.

Victoria was born to a wealthy family and excelled in her youth in the natural sciences - she originally wanted to be an professor.

But, you can't expect everything, and after the government collapsed to insurrectionists, like Constantine, her life went in a new direction.  Her family was stripped of most of it's wealth and authority, due to associating with the former rulers.

To make ends meet, Victoria joined a local upcoming gang.

Over the next three decades, she rose through the ranks until becoming  the top lieutenant. After her boss died, she had his son and successor executed in a coup, by throwing him off a cliff. His body was never found though, only fragments, so she is somewhat cautious of his return.

Victoria sees her life as a way to regain her family's legacy, and she's not exactly a callous person - she's just ambitious, and willing to throw her contemporaries under the bus to achieve her goals.

As part of her almost LARPing as her ancestors, Victoria drapes herself  in jewellery. Some have commented this makes her seem witchlike, due to  her species. She's a Bearded Vulture, a unique species of bird that feeds almost exclusively on bone.

She's a 5'8/ 173cm Lesbian Fraysexual. For those that are unaware,  Fraysexuality is the opposite of Demisexuality - where attraction is  lost as you become familiar with the person.
