Queen Damselfly

Damselfly (also nicknamed Dame) was forced to become queen when she was 5 years old due to her mother and aunts dying of a plague that wiped out a huge chunk of mudwings. She is extremely anxious and not convinced she knows what she is doing, especially when the broken pieces of the mudwing kingdom are pissed at the royalty for not doing more to help.

Her mother told her before she died to locate the "Living Furnace" and use it to win some more territory for the mudwings and get Maelstrom and Firestorm to stop fighting. Dame didn't know what she was talking about for a long time, until she found out it was Fire Salamander who was locked in the dungeons. Her mom locked her in there after she refused to become a living weapon. Dame became horrified at what her mom had done and let Sally go immediately, and now she fears what she will find when she looks into what else her mother has done.
