Snowy Quartz was born to Frigid Axe and Midnight Ward, Annos Solis (latin: in the years of the sun). Alas not but 7 months after her birth, both were killed in the line of duty. Yet by their will and that of her highness Princess Celestia, her care was entrusted to Silver Lance and Crystal Circlet, who they themselves had an almost year old foal by the name of Clashing steel.
