Shard is a well-revered explorer, known by some to have been one of the few hounds to scale Mt. Falmore in the Kotakaii region. Upon exploring the mountain range, he discovered a new species of finch that was then named after him- Shard's Finch.
Due to his Aether mutation he has been a focal point of a lot of studies, mostly on how it effects his mental state and physical capabilities. Orlaith, a [ex] member of the Aether Research Foundation, is especially interested in the physical effects upon his body.
