I am aware that how my character designs are used is outside of my control once I sell them, but I do have some rules as to how I expect them to be used. Though I will not take back designs if these rules are broken, breaking them may place you on the public blacklist where I will no longer sell to you, and encourage other people not to sell my designs to you either. As aforementioned in section one of my TOS, I retain the rights to the original character art and must be credited as such, I am selling the rights and ownership to use the character design, not the rights to my artwork Please do not flip my designs for profit: do not sell a design for more than you purchased without additional art or literature to them. I will not police how much my designs are being sold for, but if I do notice design flipping in progress, especially for a significantly larger amount of money, this may result in public blacklisting 20/2/21 This includes trading my designs. When you trade one of my designs, it keeps it’s value if you are trading it on, but new art or literature made by you or a commissioner must be added if you are wanting to sell it on for real currency, Aka. prior real currency value is voided if you did not pay for the design in real currency. And any new real currency value must be added You are welcome to make design/name/gender changes to my designs, however I must not be removed or discredited as the original designer, and if you sell/gift/trade the design on, the original design must also be provided to the new owner. I no longer allow my designs to be made into new or existing closed breeds, given that the rules in said breeds may conflict with my own TOS. When you get transferred my Please do not sell my designs to blacklisted individuals. Accidents happen, but anyone found to be knowingly selling my designs to blacklisted individuals will be blacklisted.
I upload my designs to toyhouse, but having a toyhouse account is not obligatory for owning one of my custom designs. For those who do get transferred my designs through TH, I add tabs for value tracking and my own TOS. You can remove these if you wish, or track value elsewhere, but these are there for owners that like to keep track of the worth and rules of their new character.
