Mie, also known as Pyuari, is an energetic girl who aims to become an artist who constantly makes people happy. She is very lazy and does not do house chores; instead she only relies on the Internet, like wasting spending time chatting her friends, drawing digital art, watching videos, write stories, and others. However, she does go to school, but still brings and uses her tablet, as the school has loose rules.

Mie is born on February 15, 20xx by a regular mother alongside with Jiyo Usano (Joshuri), who actually appears to be a magician. She loves her mother so much because of her kind attitude. However, after her mother died due to a contagious disease, she has to live with Kureha Hagure, her adoptive sister. Mie and Jiyo got adopted just a few hours after her mother's funeral.

At the start of her teenage years, she discovered the internet, which Kureha uses, made accounts on social media platforms, and found two crushes, one male and the other one female, making her come out as a bisexual. She started making digital art at the same time she joined the internet at the start of her teenage years; she had a tough experience for the first try but worth it anyways. Her current wishes are to be able to afford what she wants and make everyone happy, not by showing them art, but everything in general.

"Mie" (みえ) is a hiragana version of 美恵. Consists of 美 ("mi", alternatively "bi"), meaning "beautiful", and 恵 ("e", alternatively "megumi"), meaning "blessing". There are other kanji forms of "mie", but I'm too lazy to research rn. Also "mie" is one of the possible misspellings of the word "mid", so it simply confirms that Mie Usano is mid asf /hj

"宇佐野" (Usano) consists of 宇 ("u", meaning "roof", "house" or "whole world"), 佐 ("sa", means "help"), and 野 ("no", means "field"). When 宇佐 is combined, it reads as "usa" (うさ), and it is the short version of the Japanese word for "rabbit" (うさぎ, usagi).
