The best soot-seer in the Candescent Court, Helion is always being called upon to visit newly awakened Flame and determine their passion. His other duties are nebulous at best; he seems to stick to the Emperor's side and was one of the few tasked with educating him when he was first brought to Canthores, but does little other meaningful work and rarely speaks to the other Court members unless he has to. Most write Helion off as being antisocial at best, but are intrigued by his close friendship with Peaches, believing they could perhaps influence the Emperor through Helion. Helion, of course, despises the new attention and interest in his background, of which he is wholly unforthcoming, and has become somewhat more of a recluse as a result.
