adulthood {age - age}
Dear god...adulthood. Don't say it! It's like a curse! By the way, what's with all this "-hood" stuff? Are we all some kind of secret society? (Can a society BE secret if every single human is in it?)
middle age {age - age}
I know people can be middle-aged...but are OCs allowed to be? I don't see middle-aged OCs very often. Maybe they're an endangered species??? (Do I need to start some kind of Middle-Aged OC Conservation Effort?)
old age {age - age}
Imagine your OC growing old. Then immediately unimagine it, because that sounds awful. If my OCs aged before I did, I would start to question everything. Am I some kind of bona fide immortal? This is too much responsibility. In all honesty, feel free to repurpose these last two paragraphs for something else ("adventures" or...something else...)
