Neta

Hatched in the woods of northeastern Connecticut, Neta has lived most of their life amongst nature. With a passion for the field, as they grew up they found themselves with a case of wanderlust, and soon found themselves traveling around the northeast and seeing what the world had to offer - West and south to New York and Pennsylvania, then back home and north again to Massachusetts and Vermont beyond it, and at last east into New Hampshire and southern Maine.

During the last of these travels in early spring, they came across a strange growth of plants not native to the area in a local park, and upon investigating, found Hana, a goddess of spring resting on a break from her journey across the northern hemisphere. Despite yet another incident in which her venus flytraps attempted to eat someone (namely Neta themselves), the two became fast friends, and Hana was quick to jump at the opportunity to bring her new Vaiki acquaintence with her on her travels.

Generally easygoing, calm, and patient, Neta's approach to life amounts to 'plans are a good place to start, but don't be afraid to throw it out and go with the flow if the right opportunity arises.' They have a preference for life in the middle lane, fast enough to stay interesting but slow enough to take in the sights. In a way, they're the perfect balance for their goddess friend, and the pair's eventual 'adoptive daughter', Vesna.
